“I used to sell dental implants, and my job transferred me here. I was watching a TV show on food trucks, and I had an idea. So, I started researching it all. When I started, there were days when I had no sales. It was discouraging. I started to get tired of educating people. It’s Korean and Mexican fusion, so we have tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and a kimchi hotdog. They would scratch their heads, “What is kimchi?” So I stopped adding it; there was no demand. But now… now people request it.”
Red Sesame Korean BBQ has now expanded into both a food truck and a brick and mortar location.
